Here in Port Moody, there were 24 new listings 6 sales and and 15 price adjustment. Some townhomes shown as sold are presale units that were bought in 2022. In Coquitlam there were 11 new listings, 63 sold properties and 18 price adjustments.

If you are looking for a 3 bedroom multi-level townhome in Coquitlam, be prepared to pay over $1.2M + GST in West Coquitlam. If you head over to Burke Mountain you can still find 3 level townhomes for under $1M.

If you are not worried about waiting 1-2 years to move in, an already build townhome might be what you are looking for.
They are $200-$250K less expensive that newer built homes, and sometimes can offer larger floor plans.
