The prices of detached homes increased to the highest levels seen ever. With the average price at the beginning of december topping over $1,700,000.  As we see more people cashing out of townhomes and condos and purchasing as a new family, there is little turn over in well established neighbourhoods of Coquitlam.

 

 

 

 

Coquitlam Condo Market

Coquitlam Condo market has also picked up in 2021. With first time home buyers moving east and new developments, the most sales have been in North Coqutilam and Coquitlam West.
