Fraser Mills, Coquitlams First Waterfront Community

Fraser Mills is a massive new master planned community located on 96 acres of former industrial land located on the Fraser River Waterfront. This new community in Maillardville is  brought to you by Beedie Living. Overlooking the Fraser River, Fraser Mills Waterfront Village will eventually have up to 13 residential towers with both apartment condos and townhomes as well as  commercial space and a new community centre.
