Harbour Chines is a residential area, so there are no commercial/business zones. This small subarea has a lot to offer just tucked in from the main road. A quick 5 minutes drive to Burquitlam Plaza where you can shop at the local safeway or hop on the Evergreenline. Enjoy the newly build Bettie Allard YMCA or the local parks. 

Situated nextdoor to the Chineside neighbourhood, you are stops to Como Lake Village, a staple in the area. Shop at the local No Frills, or pick up a freshly baked treat at Como Lake Bakery. Don't forget to visit the newly renovated Starbucks.

Just accross Como Lake Ave you will find e Poirier Sport and Leisure Centre, on Poirier Street, is also nearby and offers ice rinks for hockey, figure skating, and curling, as well as a fitness gym and a pool. Along the way visit Como Lake Park to see the local ducks, geese and Blue Heron.
