This area is a quiet neighbourhood in Central Coquitlam comriesed of detached homes and a few duplexes. Centrally located to Coquitlam Centre, Lougheed Mall and Port Moody. Residents looking to use transit can find easy access to both Burquitlam Station as well as Coquitlam Station and the West Coast Express.

Things to Do

There are no shortage of parks to visit in the area, and quiet streets for residents to enjoy.

Como Lake Park is an amazing local spot where residents can enjoy walking along the trail, always entertained by the local ducks and/or geese. If you are lucky enough to spot the Blue Heron, it will be a spectacular view.

Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy a well stocked lake with catchable size rainbow trout. Each May, Festival Coquitlam hosts the Como Lake Fish Derby, a free event for children and youth 16 years and younger. If you do visit the park, please remember DO NOT FEED THE DUCKS OR GEESE

Mundy Park is among Coquitlams most treasured parks. With 178 hectares of park and trail system, it offers visitors an exeptional recreation experience. 

The park’s 5.5 kilometre multi-use community pathway encircles the park and can be completed on foot within an hour. Shorter walks on the interior trails will guide visitors on a scenic loop around Mundy Lake or to the viewing benches at Lost Lake.

Coquitlam Public Library One of the branch locations is behind the Poirier Community Centre and accross the street from Centennial Secondary School.
